<p>Look, the trichinosis scare is pretty much done. Hogs are no longer eating garbage, they get feed protein-rich foods. We don&#8217;t have to cook pork up to 180 degrees anymore. <strong> Get it to 140 degrees and you&#8217;ll find your pork is tender and juicy</strong>.</p>

<p>After a lot of conversation and some <strong>surprising</strong> yield tests, we&#8217;ve found that a large percentage of the conventional seeds are outperforming the more costly (multi-stack) products.</p>
